Salomon is no longer just about alpine performance. The XT-6 began in 2013 as a technical trail runner designed by lead designer Benjamin Grenet, developed with the S/LAB team for ultramarathons and extreme terrain. From the mountains, the silhouette made its way to the streets of Soho and Paris, becoming the brand's most influential sports style reference. The Shadow version translates this heritage into muted, atmospheric tones. Almond Milk, Black Coffee, and Bitter Chocolate create an earthy palette. Jacquard mesh traces the contours of nature, while semi-transparent film accents add depth to the panel-heavy construction. The Quicklace system and Contagrip outsole remain untouched – origin and function stay visible. A colorway for gray transitional days, combining Gorpcore roots and calm urbanity in one tonal palette.
