    Extend Christmas Returns Gifts Period 

    We have extended our returns period for Christmas Gifts. Online purchases made between the 24th of November and the 24th of December may be exchanged for store credit or exchange up until the 9th of January 2024. Normal exclusions apply. Not valid on sale items, earrings, perfume & skincare products. 


    1. Currency

    • Everything we sell is in New Zealand Currency (NZD$)


     2. We deliver:


    New Zealand

    • Free shipping with any purchase over $100.  
    • $7 shipping for purchases under $100.  $10 if you live Rural.
    • $25 shipping for oversized items.


    • Free shipping purchases over $300.  
    • Purchases under $300 cost $30.
    • For larger items being shipped to Australia we reserve the right to charge extra accordingly.

    All other Countries (Rest of World)

    • Flat rate of $75.
    • For larger items being shipped internationally we reserve the right to charge extra accordingly.


    For NZ delivery we use NZ Post Overnight Courier with a 2 day delivery into the North Island (most likely to be overnight but allow 2 days) and 1 Day delivery South Island Monday to Friday.


    For international delivery we use NZ Post International Economy Courier.  All parcels are tracked.  Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your purchase. https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking


    3. Returns

    Your return possibilities for full price IN-STORE purchases are: Replacement or Credit.

    Your return possibilities for full price ONLINE purchases are: Replacement, Credit or Refund.

    To return an item you must:

      • FIRST · Make contact with us at info@slickwillys.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the item you are unhappy with.
      • THEN · Return the item (at your cost) within 7 days of the date you received, in the same condition as it arrived i.e unworn, and with the original tags. Please include the returns form that will be included in your package to help us identify your order easily.
      • We will have record of the sale but always best to keep the receipt.
      • We recommend using a track and trace service to return your item as we cannot help if the item is lost in the post on its return
      • BUT · We will not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Also for hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, perfumes or skincare products unless they are faulty.

    Any discounts gained from promotional codes, in store and or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount are final sale and are not accepted for a return. 


    4. Refunds

    We are happy to provide refunds if the situation requires it.

    However, in the event of a refund we will retain the original shipping costs.

    This will be different depending on the item and the location it is sent to.

    Generally in NZ it is $5 to $12 for most addresses and for RD $10 - $15

    For Australia $30 and international $75

    We do not refund the original shipping costs if you paid any.

    We do not accept a return for sale items or any promotion events when stated.


    5. Availability

    Also, please note that we are in fact a walk in the door, try on and buy over the counter real life store....

    Which means, that though very unlikely, it is possible that you may be buying a product around the same time as someone is buying the exact same product over our counter. If this ever happened, and it turned out that the product is the last of its kind we have, we will give preference to the counter sale. Simply because they would have walked out the door by the time we are notified of and able to action your web sale.

    Such a unique happenstance will surely not happen to you. But, if it ever did we would make contact with you immediately via email or telephone and make arrangements for either immediate refund or store credit. You will be completely understanding, and will appreciate and see the humour in the uniqueness of such an unusual event. Kind of like being struck by lightning...

    Yes, that was/is an escape clause :-)


    6. Pre Orders

    Every now and then we might not get every item we have ordered from a supplier or a brand. If this happens and an item you ordered does not arrive we will provide you with a full refund.

    Our delivery times are estimates and timings can sometimes change. We will keep in touch with you regarding any delays with deliveries.


    7. Online Only Items

    Products exclusively listed online only & not in-store may take an extra business days to dispatch as stock is stored off-site in our warehouse.
